KOND Medical is a Private Women-Owned Nurse Staffing agency. Our Principal location is in Central New York. We take great pride in being able to assist with supplemental staffing.
KOND Medical recognizes the responsibilities that our clients have to the general public therefore; we will not take our role in assisting with staff frivolously and take great pride in the opportunity to be able to assist your location. As the baby booming population continues to soar, we look forward to the continual expansion of KOND Medical throughout upstate NY and Virginia State making every effort to assist with eradicating the less than desirable nurse to patient ratio. Partnering with such healthcare providers to assist with staffing will help to promote safety, healing, and general well being.

Owners
Arnlea stated working for KOND has allowed her to continue her nursing career and not miss out on the growth of their boys. Since they’re able to make their own schedule, they can take vacation when they want, and Armin loves being able to take the boys to the Comets games!
